AutoPost

AutoPost is a private administration tool for preparing and scheduling informational PAN-service updates on social accounts managed by Pan Card Centre.

What it does

The tool uses a scheduled calendar, a library of campaign images, generated square posters and short vertical videos. The configured production schedule is 11:00 AM India Standard Time. Each destination is checked before publishing, and the dashboard records the outcome so uncertain requests can be reconciled without automatic duplicate posts.

When connected and enabled by the account operator, the application can publish to a selected Facebook Page, its linked Instagram Professional account, a selected YouTube channel, and an approved Google Business Profile location. Google Business Profile publishing remains unavailable until Google grants project access and the relevant API is enabled. Account connections and automatic publishing are not implied by this description.

Private administration

The sign-in protected administration dashboard is intended for the account operator. It is not a public account or customer portal. Visitors to this page cannot connect accounts, view stored credentials, or publish content.

AutoPost handles publishing account metadata and authorization data. It does not collect PAN applicant documents or application details. PAN service enquiries and documents sent through WhatsApp are handled separately from this tool.
